Ecru ("we", "our", or "us") is operated as a sole proprietorship registered in Ontario, Canada. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the Ecru mobile application ("the App").

Your account data, content, and uploaded photos are stored securely using third-party infrastructure providers. Transactional emails are sent via a third-party email delivery service. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this policy and, where appropriate, through an in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
